2. Service Description
QRay provides free QR code generation for personal and commercial use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to encode illegal, harmful, or offensive content in QR codes. Automated access exceeding published rate limits is prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
QR codes you generate belong to you. QRay claims no ownership over generated content. The QRay name, logo, and service are owned by QRay.
5. Accounts and Data
Signing in with Google grants QRay access to your email and name. You can request account deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
QRay is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of QRay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
